GreenTunic ("we", "us", or "our") operates Oddity Sector (the "Game"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the Game handles when you use it.
Information we collect
The Game does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information with GreenTunic or with third-party service providers.
The Game does not require an account, registration, name, email address, telephone number, location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photos.
The Game does not contain advertising, analytics, social networking features, in-app chat, or third-party tracking technologies.
Information stored on your device
The Game stores gameplay progress and settings locally on your device. This may include, for example:
- story progress, scores, achievements, and unlocked content;
- game settings, language, accessibility options, and control bindings; and
- local high scores, seeds, and run statistics.
This information is stored in the Game's private application storage. It is not sent to GreenTunic. Uninstalling the Game or clearing its application data may delete this information.
Crash reports and platform services
The Game itself does not operate a crash-reporting or analytics service. Google Play and the operating system may collect technical, diagnostic, or purchase information according to their own policies and your device settings. That processing is performed by those platforms, not by GreenTunic, and is described in the applicable platform privacy policy.
Children
The Game is suitable for players of all ages, including children, and is offered to them on Google Play. It is built to be safe for them: it collects no personal information from anyone, of any age; it has no advertising, no in-app purchases, no chat or social features, no links that leave the Game, and no account or sign-in. Progress is stored only on the device. A parent or guardian with a question can contact us at contact@greentunic.es.
Data security
Because the Game does not transmit personal information to us, GreenTunic does not maintain a remote database of Game user information. You should still use the security and access controls provided by your device and app store account.
Your rights
Since GreenTunic does not receive or control personal information through the Game, there is generally no GreenTunic account or remote user record to access, correct, export, or delete. You can delete locally stored Game data by uninstalling the Game or clearing its application data, subject to your device's backup settings.

Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if the Game's features or data practices change. We will publish the updated policy at this URL and revise the effective date above.
